Day 1 :Entebbe
Upon arrival at the airport you will be met by your driver guide and be driven to The Boma in Entebbe for overnight. Depending on your time of arrival you can start your birding safari around Entebbe – Botanical gardens, UWEC and environs.
Birds to look out for include yellow-throated leaf love, the great blue Turaco, Ross’s Turaco, the black and white casqued hornbill, the pied hornbill. Yellow backed weaver, orange weaver, brown-throated weaver, and great reed warbler, sedge warbler and the fish eagle.

Day 2: Kampala to Mabamba – Lake Mburo
After early breakfast drive to Mabamba Wetland – famous for shoebill and other avian species Yellow-backed Weaver, Grey-headed Gull, Long-tailed Cormorant, Common
Squacco Heron,Yellow-billed Duck, Pied Kingfisher, Giant Kingfisher, Swamp Flycatcher, Broad-billed Roller, Black-and-white Casqued Hornbill, Splendid Glossy Starling, Black-headed Gonolek, Orange Weave plus migratory birds.
Lunch will be in Masaka. Then proceed to Lake Mburo Dinner and overnight Mantana Tented Camp

Day 3: Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast, carryout game drive in an open savannah for birds like the Dove, Dideric Cuckoo, Grey-capped Warbler, Black-headed Weaver and Ring-necked Dove. Among other birds you will go searching for Brown-chested Lapwing, Lilac-breasted Roller, Black-bellied Bustard, Helmeted Guineafowl, Coqui Francolin, Rufous-napped Lark plus many raptors.
Afternoon boat ride on one the famous Lakes for the elusive African finfoot, dinner and overnight at Mantana Tented Camp.

Day 4: Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast drive to Queen Elizabeth National – take a Morning nature walk in Maramagambo forest exploring the bat caves. Evening game drive around the crater area looking for Temminck’s Courser, Martial Eagle, Rupell’s Griffon. Dinner and overnight Mweya Safari Lodge

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Morning carryout birding in the vast savannah of Queen Elizabeth National Park and afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga Channel viewing game and watching a lot of birds, dinner and overnight Mweya Safari Lodge.

Day 6: Queen -Bwindi Forest National Park
After breakfast take a game drive looking for game and proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest via Ishasha sector famous for climbing lions. Dinner and overnight Engagi Lodge.

Day 7: Bwindi Forest national park
Today your birding safari starts early be on the look for the estimated 300 bird species of Bwindi that include Red-throated Alethe, Equatorial Akalat, Grey-throated Barbet, Black Bee-eater, Forest Robin, Montane Oriole, Hairy-breasted Barbet, Pale-breasted Iladopsis, Pettit’s Cuckooshrike, Black-faced Rufous Warbler . Dinner and overnight at Engagi Lodge

Day 8 : Bwindi to Lake Bunyonyi
After breakfast check out, to drive to Ruhija while birding looking for Stripe-breasted Tit, Purple-breasted Sunbird, Mountain Greenbul, Waller’s Chestnut-winged Starling, Dusky Crimsonwing, Mountain Illadopsis and Mountain Yellow Warbler. Proceed to drive to Lake Bunyonyi – an Eco-Tourism site. Overnight Nature’s Prime Island

Day 9: Lake Bunyonyi to Kampala
This morning take a boat ride on Lake Bunyonyi while birding different Islands of the lake the species here include temperate migratory birds that run away from harsh conditions of winter . Then proceed to drive to Kampala via birding in different spots. Dinner and overnight at Cassia Lodge

Day 10: Airport Transfer
Depending on your flight times, you can go for birding in the Mabira Forest before connecting with your departure flight (Optional).

The Safari includes; transfers to and from the Airport, transportation in a 4 wheel drive vehicle with opening roof including fuel, services of a professional bird driver guide, accommodation as stated, park entrance fees, boat cruises where mentioned, ferry crossing where mentioned, scheduled boat trip to the delta where mentioned, meals as indicated, bottled water in the vehicle.
