This luxury Gorilla and Wildlife flying safari is good for those who do not like the hassle of traveling on our dusty and poor roads and the long distances between our National parks.
Day 01: Arrival – Serena Hotel
Arrive at Entebbe airport where you will be met and taken to the Serena Hotel in Kampala for an overnight. Overnight Serena Hotel
Day 02: Air Charter to Kidepo National
Breakfast, short drive to the Kajjansi airstrip for your charter flight to Kidepo to participate in the Apoka Lodge safari package. All meals included
Day 03 and Day 04: Apoka safari package
These 2 days will be spent exploring the Kidepo area. Overnight Apoka Lodge. All meals included
Day 05: Air Charter to Murchison Falls National Park
Breakfast, transfer back to the airstrip for the charter flight to Murchison Falls where the 4WD safari vehicle and driver/guide will be waiting to meet you and do a game drive to Paraa lodge, lunch, afternoon boat trip to the delta in the hopes of seeing the rare Shoebill, overnight Para Lodge. All meals included
Day 06: Game Drive – Launch trip
Morning game drive to the top of the Falls, lunch, afternoon launch trip to the bottom of the Falls, dinner and overnight Paraa Lodge. All meals included
Day 07: Full Day game drives
Full day game drive on the northern bank where most of the wildlife is found, overnight Para Lodge. All meals included
Day 08: Air Charter to Kasese – Semliki
This morning you will charter fly to Kasese where our vehicle and guide will be waiting to transfer you to Semliki. You will arrive at the lodge for lunch, game drive in the afternoon. Overnight Semliki Safari Lodge. All meals included
Day 09 & Day 10: Semliki activities
Game drives, bush walks, trek chimpanzee, overnight Semiliki Safari Lodge. All meals included
Day 11: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth national park, game drive to Mweya Lodge, lunch, afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight Mweya Lodge deluxe room. All meals included
Day 12: Game Drive – Launch Cruise
Morning game drive, lunch, in the afternoon launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel, dinner and overnight Mweya Lodge. All meals included
Day 13: Game drives- Ishasha
Morning game drive to Ishasha, lunch, afternoon game drives, dinner and overnight Ishasha Wilderness camp. All meals included
Day 14: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Early morning game drive before driving to Bwindi Forest. You will arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Overnight Gorilla Forest Camp. All meals included
Day 15: First Gorilla Trek
Breakfast, short drive to the trekking point for your first gorilla trek please carry with you a picnic lunch and drinking water. Return to the lodge after the trek. Overnight Gorilla Forest camp. All meals included.
Day 16: Second chance to trek the gorillas
Today you will have another chance to trek a different group of gorillas. Overnight Gorilla Forest camp. All meals included
Day 17: Air Charter to Entebbe
After breakfast, you driver guide will transfer you to the airstrip for your charter flight back to Entebbe to connect with your flight out. If your flight is late in the evening, then a day room can be arranged for you at Lake Victoria Hotel. Breakfast. End of services
Safari includes: airport transfers, charter flights as indicated, private transportation and game drives in 4WD safari vehicles with opening roof hatches for maximum game viewing, the services of professional driver/guides on safari, all park entrance fees, accommodation and meals as stated, excursions as stated.
Safari does not include: flights to and from Uganda, visas (US$50 each), medical or travel insurance, drinks, items of a personal nature, tips and gratuities
